Our printed Concert Program Guide reaches large audiences of local families, their friends and relations, as well as our retirement home audiences. These are all excellent marketing targets for your business. We will begin to distribute copies of the guide at our performances starting in April and into August, including our 25th Anniversary concert on April 23, 2013 at Davies Symphony Hall. The guide will continue to be distributed throughout our 2013 concert season with and additional summer edition.
This year you will have the option to be part of all three concert programs or the Davies Symphony Hall program only. As an incentive, we offer ticket vouchers to our Holiday Concert to all advertisers who list with us for the full season as follows: eighth page – one ticket; quarter page – two tickets; half page – four tickets; full page – eight tickets. Please complete the Advertising Agreement and send it along with your check, or you may call the office and pay by credit card. Please take a moment to read our Letter to New Advertisers. The ad copy itself is due by October 15 (if only advertising with the Davies Hall concert program, the ad copy is due by February 1, 2013). If you would like to advertise for next year's full season (two concert programs for Spring and Summer), the price for the full season is the regular "new" ad rate minues 25%.
