Step Up to the Brand New SingersMarin Solo Voice Class!

Dreaming of the lights on Broadway, in Carnegie Hall, or on the set of American Idol? Well, start your journey this spring by singing in SingersMarin’s Solo Voice Class! Offered at the new Marin Youth Center (The MYC), 1115 Third Street, San Rafael, this class will teach middle school and high school aged singers techniques, tips, and tools of the trade for solo singing of all types, such as music theatre, classical, and pop. They will work with Amalia Martin Dobbins on repertoire that is appropriate for their age and voice type and learn the best ways to make their solo voices soar!

The solo voice class will initially be offered as a 10-week session beginning in April. The classes will be held at the new Marin Youth Center, The MYC, on Fridays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. At the end of the session, there will be a performance for all friends and family, giving singers a chance to showcase all that they have learned!
